NCJ POLYMERS is the best black manufacturer which engages in producing various kinds of black masterbatch including film-grade, blown-molding, molding injection, extrusion, foaming and etc. As a biggest black masterbatch manufacturer in Taiwan, we not only provide black masterbatch, but also produce white masterabtch, impact modifier for plastics polymers, functional masterbatch and high performance conductive masterbatch.

We have already lay more emphasis on producing engineering plastics masterbatch by our professional RD team and 40 years’ experience in compounding and formula designing and we have the good response from our clients.

The raw material such as carbon black, Tio2, plastic pellet, addictive which is imported from the Europe, US, and Japan on our own and ensure the steadiest product quality and define our clients’ competitiveness.

We specialize in high concentration masterbatch formula design, micron to nanometer powder modified technique and plastic polymers alloy compounding technique.

NCJ Core Technique

N.C.J. Polymers was established in Taiwan near 40 years ago. To elevate the technology level of our manufactory, N.C.J. Polymers continuously cooperated with top R & D talents in universities and research institutes to research and develop products and construct strongest professional research and development teams.

Over the years, various accumulatively constructed core technologies could be further and broadly applied in each plastic processing industry. In addition to providing excellent products, N.C.J. Polymers is also devoted to arrange the new industry application perspectives.

Currently, our company is devoted to research and develop high-effectiveness and energy saving masterbatch products (for example, various functional addictive masterbatch with super-high concentration with super low additives, super jet / shiny black masterbatch, highly conductive masterbatch, efficient anti-bacterial masterbatch, and etc.) in hope of leading the market from the perspectives of demands and providing customers with high quality and highly competitive masterbatch products with reasonable prices. In the future, we will continue to uphold our philosophy and attitudes for chasing excellence. We will evolve with the times and work hard to go forwards in the future.

History

Our company was established in 1975. In the early stage, our company mainly supplies powdery pigments and various colorful products. In response to the continuously increased market demands, our company decided to expand equipment to elevate the manufacturing technologies and strengthen the educational training of personnel. In 1985, we established the first fully automated production line for masterbatch in Taiwan.

From the specialized production of various color powders in the early stages of establishment, our company transformed into the base for manufacturing masterbatch widely applied in plastics in concert with the demands in market. Recently, our company has transformed into research and development center for high performance and highly functional masterbatch to provide customers with masterbatch products that could optimize the effectiveness of their production lines.

N.C.J. POLYMERS always reacts in response to the demands of market in advance. Our philosophy is to strengthen the operational performance and reach the goal of sustainable enterprise management via elevating the satisfaction of customers.

Milestones

2016

Obtained the medal for manufacturing company with history more than 40 years in Taiwan awarded by Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. to show the appreciation for our company’s contribution. Our company is the only masterbatch manufacturing corporate that obtained this honor.
2015

Invited by Taiwan Plastics Industry Association to join the association as class A member.
2011

Introduced manufacturing engineering to produce impact-resistance modifier masterbatch.
2010

Introduced the manufacturing procedures for producing super jet masterbatch and super white masterbatch used in various engineering plastics.
2007

It took 3 years to develop the first super jet masterbatch/ shiby black masterbatch for all purposes in the additions to all plastics during the manufacturing procedures in Taiwan.
2005

In response to the growing demands in business, up to 30 million NTDs were registered as capital in application.
1998

Cooperated with Industrial Technology Research Institute to research and develop plastic materials used in electronic products and the products were also qualified by product certification.
1992

Became manufactory supplying most carbon black masterbatch and white masterbatch used in plastics in Taiwan
1991

Environmental protection is one of the important concepts in the corporate governance of N.C.J. POLYMERS. Our company introduced high-level fully automated wastewater processing equipment from foreign country.
1987

Multiple sets of novel high-performance plastic masterbatch production lines was established to double the production capacity and provide services to more companies in plastic industry
1985

N.C.J. Polymers team underwent module optimization independently in our masterbatch production lines and designed the first set of fully automated production lines for masterbatch used in plastics in Taiwan.
1980

With the blooming trends of plastic market, our company began to vastly manufacture various masterbatch for plastics such as PVC, PE, PP, EVA, and etc. and earned certain coverage in Taiwanese market.
1977

Started to manufacture various masterbatches for rubbers and plastics in response to the demands of customers
1975

N.C.J. Polymers built factories to manufacture colorful synthetic toners and various colorful products
